Furnace: It is available in 3 types, Pusher
type, Mesh Belt type and Batch type.
Pusher Mesh type furnace:
Pusher Furnace,
representative equipment in the firing process, is designed to push the
conveyor using the pusher to move the product. It is used for the firing
process of various types of products, and it shows excellent heat resistance,
insulation efficiency and wear resistance against the conveyor. Designed as a
tunnel type, Pusher Furnace implements
continuity of an automated production system and uniform production based on
ambient per zone and temperature control.
Belt type furnace:
Mesh Belt Type Furnace is designed
to load the product on the mesh belt and make continuous production. It is used
in various processes, including plastic working, firing, drying and degreasing,
for a variety of production. Using the muffle, Mesh Belt Furnace offers stable
ambient control, rapid heat-up time and radiating energy saving. It is designed
to implement continuity of an automated production system and uniform
production based on ambient per zone and temperature control.
